Apti Safeguard Care supports care, safeguarding and wellbeing by helping staff notice potential risks sooner and respond faster. Apti Serve Right helps organisations strengthen service delivery, operational standards, quality control and compliance.

 

Our approach combines edge-native video analytics, configurable privacy and human oversight. Processing is designed to take place close to the source, supporting efficient operation and greater customer control over data and insights. Every deployment begins with the customer’s priorities: identifying appropriate use cases, reviewing existing CCTV, configuring the required assurance and helping teams embed it into everyday operations.

 

Apti has built—and continues to expand—a library of Closed Circuit Assurance use cases for specific sectors and operating environments. Rather than starting from scratch, customers can select proven use cases that are ready to deploy out of the box, then configure the alerts, thresholds and privacy settings to reflect their own priorities and ways of working.
